8 t wheel tensioner built 2010 by Jotne E&P (originally for Statnett), hydraulic system by Servi. Approx. 350 operating hours, in operation until August 2026. Proven on both power and fibre optic cables.

- Speed: 0–30 m/min 
- 8 wheel pairs, compact rubber tyres, each wheel hydraulically driven with fail-safe brake 
- Cable diameter: designed for 100 mm+, max wheel opening 450 mm; proven down to 21.5 mm 
- Wheel pairs open individually for joints; side loading; hydraulic side skidding 1.5 m 
- HMI operator panel and radio remote control; length counter and encoder
